The first thing you do when looking for where to stay at Stagnone is to get an accommodation facing the lagoon, thinking that this is the best solution, where often, in addition to the sleeping fee, they will even charge you for the final cleaning. Don't want to rent a vehicle? No problem, you will have bikes for getting around and reaching the spot, which is only 8/900 metres away. Need a bar or mini tobacconist? We have the only bar in Santa Martia 20 metres from the resort. Do you want to get something to eat? No problem, we also have a greengrocer and mini market next door.Do you want to rent a vehicle just for a day? No problem, we have a car rental 10 metres from the resort.
Want to have a BBQ? No problem, you will also get everything you need there for free.
Do you practice kitesurfing? Here is one of the highlights. The schools usually charge a daily fee of 10 euros in order to use the kitebeach. If you sleep at the resort you will use the kitesurfing area for FREE.

I have stayed there twice before, first through a kitecamp and later individually. Very nice surfhouse with modern, functional and daily cleaned rooms and a small cosy and intimate inner garden with a communal kitchenette for sharing and relaxing. Quiet location not exactly in front of the spot, but thanks to the bikes that are made available for guests you can reach it in no more than 15 minutes. Staff helpful and always friendly.

The perfect accommodation for a full immersion kitesurfing holiday and fun. The location is excellent: close to the Stagnone and the town centre. Next door is Bar Tonino with Saro's products and a greengrocer. Great for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Beautiful location and complete with all amenities: hairdryer (powerful), television, safe, minibar, air conditioning/hot air, hand soap and shower shampoo. Beds and pillows very comfortable Rooms and common areas very clean and everything taken care of down to the last detail. Thanks to Antonio and all the staff for giving us a fantastic stay. I can not wait to return!
